I would not recommend Bocklip; I did not find the information given at the time of purchase very clear: no precise schedule when the quote was validated, we were told verbally that it would be about 4 weeks and in the end it was more like 6. They did not tell us while preparing the quote that the hinges were not included (given the price, that seems a little surprising to me), although it is indeed written in the "notes" of the quote. We received items we have no use for. The quality of the product, at first sight, is good and in line with what we expected, but there is a lack of transparency and support, and it is far too expensive for the overall final service.

The lead time announced at Bocklip is always around 2 months. We never communicate a 4-week lead time, and I am sorry if there was a misunderstanding.
As for the hinges, they are indeed not included (this is stated in the notes of the quote), but you are right, we need to point this out more clearly during the design stage.

We are very happy with our Bocklip experience and the final result of our kitchen. The Saint Cloud showroom team, especially Lidy, was extremely professional, providing both aesthetic and practical advice. We particularly appreciated the support during the order placement, which can be a stressful moment as you need to be sure not to make mistakes regarding the Ikea cabinets. The announced lead times were long but respected, and the wait was worth it!

I ordered my kitchen from Bocklip after visiting the Saint-Cloud showroom. Unfortunately the lead time was longer than expected, as one of the doors had a defect, so the door had to be sent back to Bocklip. The after-sales service got back to me very quickly and kept me informed as things progressed. In the end I have a kitchen I really like, which fully meets my expectations, made with quality materials. I recommend Bocklip.

I came to collect my samples and was very warmly welcomed by Romain. He made himself available between two appointments to answer my questions regarding two shades of wood. He took the time to present the different products of the brand, the various ranges, and advise me on my choices. The showroom is very pleasant, and the media library is arranged in a very harmonious and inspiring way. I left with the catalog and my head full of ideas for my project and future clients. It's great to have a showroom where you can see the materials and colours for real. It's a real plus. The staff are friendly and attentive, and also advise on the type of Ikea cabinet best suited to the layout of the customer's rooms. I recommend!

A lovely welcome at the showroom. The fronts were delivered in under 8 weeks and are of beautiful quality. The kitchen in China tea colour is superb and gives the room a whole new look. I highly recommend.
From the showroom to the kitchen installation, everything went as planned! We received our kitchen in 7 weeks and the result is simply stunning and so bright!! At the showroom, an attentive team with excellent advice. As for collecting our order, it took less than 10 minutes! The on-site team is welcoming and efficient! I highly recommend :)

Magnificent doors received 6 weeks after my order. I was looked after by a lovely young woman who advised me and helped me with my choices. If you are looking for beautiful fronts that fit Ikea cabinets, don't hesitate.
